COPOLAD II: Cooperation programme between CELAC and the EU on drug policies

Launched in 2011, the first phase of COPOLAD was an excellent opportunity to exchange information and improve coordination and cooperation between the National Drug Agencies and other players responsible for decision-making in the field of drug policies in CELAC and the EU.

The European Commission is relying on FIIAPP to manage the programme's second phase, in which experts from the National Plan on Drugs and the National Police will cooperate to reinforce public policies committed to the principle of shared responsibility among all the parties involved in CELAC and the EU.
