Improvement of the Public Tax Office in Macedonia

This project contributes to improving development of the functions of the Public Tax Office (PRO) and Taxpayer Services. Funded by the European Commission and managed by FIIAPP, this cooperation project will work to achieve quality and efficient telephone and in-person assistance services through the development and implementation of a comprehensive taxpayer assistance strategy.

Over the next 24 months, the project will review current structures, assessment models, human resource management, operating handbooks, and other tools of the Tax Collection Office.
