This project, financed by the European Union, aims to reform the Algerian prison system, mainly taking into account the prisoners’ reintegration, their security and respect for their Human Rights.

Moreover, the aim is to improve conditions in Algerian prisons as well as the system of training, operation and security in the prisons themselves.
