Reinforcement Programme to strengthen the different bodies of the Plurinational State of Bolivia

The project sets out to:

- Establish guidelines for the municipal implementation strategy of the Fiscal Covenant in Bolivia within the framework of the construction of the new Autonomous Plurinational State.

- Advise the Departmental Legislative Assemblies on the gradual application of the competences assigned by the Political Constitution of the State and the Framework Law of Autonomy and Decentralisation."
