This project, funded by the European Commission, seeks to improve the Croatian prison system by improving the lifelong learning system in its prisons and for staff responsible for minors. FIIAPP will be collaborating for the next 15 months in this project led by GIZ, Germany.
The general objective of this project is to improve professional and management skills in the Croatian prison system and support the application of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms in relation to the prison system.
