The first phase of the expert exchange project between the European Union and Cuba comes to a close. The project’s objective is to support the Cuban government in implementing its socio-economic policy guidelines through the exchange of experiences, expertise and good practices in the management and administration of public policy. The project was funded by the European Commission and managed by FIIAPP.
