Stability and security are essential for a continent in order to develop in acceptable conditions. The Spanish Civil Guard works in Ghana, Kenya and Senegal with the European CT Public Spaces project to prevent, and where appropriate reduce, the consequences of a possible terrorist attack in a public space.
