COPOLAD is an EU-funded project that encourages the promotion of evidence-based public policies on drugs. The project works on the topics of:  National drug observatories, reducing demand for drugs, reducing drug supply - bi-regional dialogue and: The drug coordination and cooperation mechanism between Latin America, the Caribbean and the European Union (CELAC-UE)
