COPOLAD is an EU-funded project that encourages the promotion of evidence-based public policies on drugs. The project addresses the following questions: reducing the supply of and demand for drugs, the bi-regional dialogue and drugs coordination and cooperation mechanisms that exist between Latin America, the Caribbean and the European Union (CELAC-EU) and national drug monitoring centres.
