This “Cooperation Story” takes place in Guinea. There, Fernando Santos worked on a project to strengthen the structure of the National Police and to help the population regain its trust in this security force.
It is an international cooperation programme funded by the European Commission in which the FIIAPP collaborated in terms of management.
